Accessibility Statement
How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We want reportsia.net to work for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. This statement explains what reportsia has done, which gaps remain and how to report a barrier.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate task. Whenever a page is added or the design changes, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, used with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under reportsia.net.
Measures taken
Pages are built with semantic HTML: headings follow a single order, lists are marked as lists and links say where they lead. Navigation and content form separate regions, the language of each page is declared, and informative images have alternative texts while decorative ones are marked as such.
Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.
Conformance
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.
Known limitations
Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website, or cannot obtain information that you require, please inform us by email at hello@reportsia.net or by telephone on 01792 410286. It helps if you identify the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.
Information in another form
This website is not the only way of obtaining information from reportsia. You can telephone us on 01792 410286 during normal business hours, write to hello@reportsia.net or send a letter to 14 Wind Street Yard, Swansea SA1 1DZ. Where a page is not accessible to you, we will read the information out by telephone or supply it in plain text form.
Preparation and review
This statement is dated 21 October 2026 and is based on a self-assessment by reportsia, not on an external audit. We tested the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves with a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader, and we review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
