Payment and Refund Policy
How we agree prices, take payment and deal with cancellations and refunds.

Ordering, payment, cancellations and refunds at reportsia follow the rules below, which form part of our terms. The prices shown on reportsia.net apply to every order; each order is confirmed in writing and paid by invoice, never on the website itself.
Quotations and confirmation of an order
The prices of our services are those published on this website on the day of your enquiry. To order, write to us at hello@reportsia.net or call 01792 410286; we reply with a written confirmation of the service, its price and the date. The order becomes binding once you accept that confirmation, and the invoice follows.
Changes and cancellations by you
Orders and appointments can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date; a call to 01792 410286 or a short message to hello@reportsia.net is enough. For cancellations at shorter notice, or if nobody is present at the agreed time, we may invoice work already carried out and costs we can no longer avoid, though we would rather agree a new date.
How a refund is made
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed; if that method can no longer be used, we transfer the amount to a bank account you confirm to us in writing at hello@reportsia.net, without any fee. A service carried out as agreed is not refunded, and for work only partly done we refund the part not provided, less material or third-party costs agreed with you in advance.
Complaints about our work
If you are not satisfied with our work, please describe the problem in writing to hello@reportsia.net within 14 days of the service, while the details are still fresh. We look into it and suggest a correction, a repeat of the service, a partial refund or another solution that fits the case.
Paying invoices
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days after invoicing, and the accepted methods are listed on each invoice, which we send to you by email. Where an advance payment or payment by instalments has been agreed, the amounts and the dates are set out in the quotation. If an invoice remains open, we send a written reminder.
Cancellation on our side
Should we be unable to keep an agreed appointment, we contact you straight away, explain why and suggest another date as early as we can. If you would rather not reschedule, we refund what you have paid for the part of the service not provided, in full and without any cancellation charge.
Cancelling a distance contract
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel a contract agreed by telephone, by email or online, that right applies in addition to this policy. Written notice to hello@reportsia.net within the statutory period is enough, and any work you expressly asked us to begin before withdrawing is then settled separately.
